Can I bring my own phone number?

Yes, on Starter and up. Laleo peers a SIP trunk into your PBX or carrier. PSTN forwarding minutes are pooled for paid plans.

Does it work without WordPress?

Yes. Laleo is a single JavaScript snippet that works on any site. The WordPress plugin is a one-click installer that drops that snippet for you.

How do you handle two visitors at once on Free?

Visitor #1 stays in-conversation. Visitor #2 sees the widget but is queued until the first finishes. Upgrade lifts the limit.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard. Your widgets keep working — we just drop you back to the Free plan limits.

Can I pay annually?
