Privacy Policy

Laleo collects account information, device/session records, widget configuration, visitor activity, chat messages, call records, uploaded widget assets, and notification preferences to operate the service.

Visitor Intelligence

When a widget is installed, Laleo may collect page URL, referrer, browser, operating system, IP address, cookie-based visitor identity, connection state, messages, and call lifecycle events.

Notifications

Email, mobile app, and ntfy notifications use account, widget, and per-user alert settings. Action links are time-limited and intended to open the relevant visitor or call view directly.

Security

API tokens, app tokens, devices, and SIP access should be reviewed regularly. Revoking a device or token removes that access path from the account.
