Terms of Service

Laleo Chat provides website visitor tracking, live chat, browser calling, notification channels, API access, SIP routing, and related account tools. Use the service only on websites and systems you own or are authorized to administer.

Acceptable Use

You are responsible for the widgets, alert destinations, SIP peers, API tokens, uploaded assets, and team users configured in your account. Do not use Laleo to intercept data without permission, harass visitors, attack networks, or route calls to systems you do not control.

Customer Data

Laleo stores visitor activity, chat messages, call events, device records, and account settings so the product can operate. You are responsible for telling your site visitors about the tracking and communication tools you enable.

Beta Telephony

PSTN and SIP features are operational beta features. You are responsible for lawful caller ID, consent, emergency-use limitations, and any downstream PBX or carrier policy that applies to your account.

Accounts

OTP login links and authenticated action links are security credentials. Keep account access limited to trusted users and revoke devices or tokens that should no longer have access.
